Senior Services offers programs in a state-of-the-art senior center designed for active adults. This includes a warm water pool, indoor walking track, fitness studio, fitness equipment and multipurpose spaces for enrichment and social programs. This unique community focal point is known for strong customer satisfaction and hosts 70,000 visits annually.  Eight to fifteen programs are offered daily, Monday-Friday for people age 50 and up.


Senior Services is currently offering fitness classes via Zoom. Please see the Zoom fitness class instructions. Beginning July 1, the state is expected to lift pandemic-related restrictions, which allows us to make valuable changes to our operations. Pending MDHHS orders, enhancements include many instructors returning to teach in the fitness studio, greatly expanding opportunities for in-person fitness activities. See schedules below.
