Garden Meditation Day & Live Cooking Demo Friday

10:30 - 1 AM Fitness Coordinator Maggie Barclay will share the benefits of meditation and lead us on seated breathwork and muscle relation techniques in a serene, indoor garden setting. Give yourself the time to just breathe. Following the meditation will be a live healthy cooking demonstration by Mary Spencer. Watch as she makes two healthy meal options. Don’t Let Your Stress Manage You! & Tai Chi Performance Wednesday

10:15-11:15 AM Join Jewish Family Services for this workshop that focuses on helping people recognize the stress process and learn to interrupt it early in the cycle, before it escalates. Techniques & specific model for understanding the effects of stress on our emotions, brains and bodies. Music for Wellness Friday

Independence Day Indoor Picnic Lunch Date & Patriotic Music Celebration! Monday, July 1 12:30-2:30 PM Meet friends to enjoy great conversations over a delicious lunch at the center. The Ed Black Jazz band will perform with a Patriotic Celebration of our Nation! Box lunch catered by Long Lake Market.  $15 per meal.
