January 29 is National Puzzle Day. This is a yearly tradition used to highlight the importance of exercising our brains via puzzles, be they crosswords, jigsaws, Sudokus and so on. Bloomfield Township Senior Services invites you to visit on January 29 for a pair of events geared towards learning about the benefits of puzzles and brain health. 

Mind Aerobics is an innovative evidence-informed program developed by the New England Cognitive Center to help adults maintain or stimulate their brain with activities to test reaction time, memory, problem solving and more!

Puzzle Mania is an event to highlight how working on puzzles can exercise the mind, spark imagination and increase both creativity and productivity.
