Every Drop Counts: Donate Blood at the Bloomfield Township Senior Center
On April 12th, the Bloomfield Township Senior Center will be hosting a Spring Blood Drive. The event is being sponsored by the Bloomfield Hills Rotary Club. According to the American Red Cross, “every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood. But only about 3% of age-eligible people donate blood yearly.”
Please make a difference in someone’s life by donating blood. Every year, millions of people are in dire need of transfusions. Here’s the perfect opportunity to help someone and pay it forward. Bloomfield Township Senior Center Director Christine Tvaroha proclaims, “we are happy to host this important community event and welcome people 17 and over.”

Additionally, blood donations made between April 8th and April 28th will be rewarded with a $10 gift card via email for a merchant of your choice.
