Fitness Coordinator for Active 50+ Center
The Fitness Coordinator leads program development; supervises instructors, and contributes to excellent customer service. Our team serves multiple generations in their pursuit of wellness and social connection and requires a positive, proactive professional.
Responsibilities include equipment orientations, group instruction, instructor communications and direct customer service. Our beautiful center opened in 2009 and includes 42 cardio and strength machines, a warm water pool (depth 4 ft.), indoor track and a studio. Over 50 group classes offered weekly.
Full time - starts at $47,897 dependent on qualifications. Strong benefits include family medical, dental, vision with HSA and life insurance. DC retirement plan. Paid time off for sick, personal, vacation and floating holidays. Hours are 7 AM- 3:30 PM, M-F.
