Continue to invest in reliable and modern infrastructure and systems that meet the Township's expected levels of service, while evolving with the changing needs and potential growth of the community.

Performance Measures
Complete a comprehensive, organization-wide technology assessment to identify needs of the Township by April 2028
Status
- As of March 2025 a technology assessment for each department has been completed. The Township continues to use best-in-class products and follow the most recent Criminal Justice Information Services, National Institute of Standards and Technology, and Computer Information systems Control standards.
- In April 2025 new technology and updates to Township Hall Auditorium were completed.
- In April 2025 a Road Advisory Committee was established to examine options for road improvements.

- Start of Water Main Construction: July 28, 2025

Performance Measure
Maintain/increase resident satisfaction with public utilities by hosting an annual Town Hall with utility providers.
Status
- Small Cell Wireless Committee has continued to advocate for additional service areas, resulting in expanded coverage discussions with providers
- Small Cell Wireless ordinance was amended in March 2025 to mainstream the permit process as well as increased pole height.
- Small Cell Wireless Committee scheduling Open House with telecommunications/utility providers in February 2026.
- Through the Water Meter Replacement Program, smart water meters were installed with real-time monitoring through the "Eye on Water" app.
- New technology for snow removal and ice management was implemented. This is a direct liquid application to the road before a winter event or adding to salt that is applied to the road. Benefits include:
- Reduced environmental impact
- Reduced cost

- The Township public safety facilities are updated/renovated.
- The Township's Capital Improvement program is funded and implemented through the Five-Year Asset Management Plan.
