We’re thrilled to announce a major upgrade to the Senior Center—a brand-new parking lot, along with important stormwater improvements! This exciting project is made possible through the use of ARPA funds, ensuring the improvements come at no additional cost to our residents.
Construction will take place in three phases, estimated to span approximately 8–12 weeks between April and June. While the exact schedule is still being finalized, we are committed to keeping you informed with clear signage and regular updates throughout each phase.
During construction, parking availability will be limited, especially in Phase 1. We kindly ask for your patience and consideration:
- Please leave spots closest to the building for those with mobility challenges.
- Carpooling is highly encouraged whenever possible.
- Overflow parking will be available in the court lot.
- Drive-up drop-off is available under the portico.
- Center transportation is available for those who need mobility assistance.
- Stay updated through eNews, Facebook, and posters around the Center.
