PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing to be held by the Board of Trustees of the
Charter Township of Bloomfield, Oakland County, Michigan will take place on MONDAY,
APRIL 27, 2026, at 6:30 P.M., in the Bloomfield Township Hall auditorium, located at
4200 Telegraph Road, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302. At the hearing, the Board will consider
a site plan and special land use request for the development of a new Culver’s restaurant
with a drive-through at 1801 S. Telegraph Road. The Board will also review an amended
site plan for the existing Lowe’s property at the same address, along with a request for a
lot split associated with the proposed development.
