Oakland County is proud to announce the Hardship Assistance Program. The goal of the program is to provide temporary relief and support for water bill payments and related charges to those experiencing hardship, who may not qualify for existing water assistance programs.
The Hardship Assistance Program offers the following:
- Pay current water and/or sewer bill for up to three months.
- Reduce past due balances.
- Pay for plumbing repairs.
To enroll, contact United Way of Southeastern Michigan by calling (844) 211-4994 and press 3 for water bill assistance.
