Calling all 4th and 5th grade students in Oakland County to submit drawings depicting how we can all protect our lakes, streams, rivers and watersheds from pollution and how to conserve water. A total of 48 entries are selected to appear in this calendar that is distributed throughout all of Oakland County (5,500 copies are printed and they are FREE!). The twelve “monthly” winners are treated to an award ceremony and luncheon where they are honored by Water Resources Commissioner, Jim Nash, at the Cranbrook Institute of Science Museum in Bloomfield Hills. 

The deadline for entries is Friday, October 6th.
