The Township is excited to announce its upcoming Electronic Waste Day, offering residents a convenient and eco-friendly way to dispose of unwanted items. This community event provides a drive-thru drop-off service to make the process quick and easy.
Event Details:
Date: Saturday, May 3, 2025
Time: 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Location: Township Campus
On the day of the event, there will be two entrances to the event, south onto Andover Road from Long Lake Road or west onto Andover Road from southbound Telegraph. Have your ID out and ready to show volunteers. Stay in your vehicle. Volunteers will unload everything from your car.
Services Offered:
Electronic Waste Recycling: Safely dispose of old electronics, including computers, monitors, printers, cell phones, and other small appliances.
Paper Shredding: Securely shred personal documents to protect your sensitive information.
Medication Disposal: Bring expired or unused medications for safe and responsible disposal - no questions asked.
This event is open to Township residents only, and proof of residency is required.
