Assessor’s Office Accessibility Policy Pursuant to PA 660 of 2018
The Assessing Department business hours are Monday -Thursday 7:00am – 5:30pm, with the exception of observed holidays.
A taxpayer may submit inquiries directly to Assessor Darrin Kraatz by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 248-433-7710. The estimated response time to inquiries is 3 or less business days.
A taxpayer may arrange a meeting with an Assessing Department employee for the purpose of discussing an inquiry in-person by calling 248-433-7710 or by emailing email@example.com
Taxpayers requests for inspection or production of records maintained by the Assessing Department may be made by calling 248-433-7710 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. A staff member will be assigned to the request; a Freedom of Information Act request may be required.
