The Township's three elected administrators are full-time employees of the Township, each with his or her designated area of responsibility and expertise. Their "hands-on" manner keeps them in close touch with members of the community. All three make it a priority to be accessible to Township residents and businesses and responsive to their needs. They are committed to maintaining the Township's unique nature and planning for its future.

They each are serving four-year terms which run through November, 2020.

Leo Savoie has spent most of his life in the Birmingham/Bloomfield area. He attended University of Detroit High School before moving to Pennsylvania. There, he graduated from the Shaler Area High School in Pittsburgh and went on to the Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Indiana, Pennsylvania. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business with a minor in economics. Prior to becoming the full-time Supervisor in 2011 Leo owned and operated a number of companies in the ancillary real estate profession including title companies, appraisal companies and asset acquisitions.

Leo was appointed to the Bloomfield Township’s Board of Review in 1997 and the Zoning Board of Appeals in 2011. He was elected to the Board of Trustees in November, 2004. On July 25, 2011, Leo was appointed Supervisor to fill the unexpired term left vacant by the retirement of Dave Payne.

The father of two sons, Leo coached Little League baseball for eight years. He and his wife Sally, who have been married more than 30 years, have been involved in numerous charities over the years.

Jan Roncelli was elected to the Bloomfield Township Board of Trustees in 1996 as Trustee and in 2004 as Clerk. Her education includes a B.A. from Marygrove College, M.A. and Ph.D. from Wayne State University and professional certification as a Master Municipal Clerk conferred by the International Institute of Municipal Clerks.

She holds three distinguished honors. Secretary of State Ruth Johnson appointed Jan in 2011 to represent the State of Michigan as the local election official on the Standards Board for the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC), a position which she currently retains. In 2012, the Michigan Association of Municipal Clerks honored Jan as the Township Clerk of the Year. In April 2016, the Women Officials Network Foundation presented Jan with the Wonder Woman Award, a tribute to her illustrious public service career and outstanding community service.
Jan lives in Bloomfield Township with her husband, Dan Gorney and their labradoodle, Woody. In January 2017, she and Dan welcomed the birth of their grandson, Grant.

Brian Kepes was elected Treasurer by the voters of Bloomfield Township in November 2016. He had previously served as a Bloomfield Township Trustee since he was unanimously appointed by the Township Board in March 2009. He was reelected by Township residents in 2010 and 2012. He has been a member of the Bloomfield Township Financial Sustainability Committee since its inception in 2015, and a Trustee of the Bloomfield Township Retired Employees’ Health Care Benefits Trust since 2016 . He was a member and chaired both The Bloomfield Township Tax Board of Review, since 1994, and The Zoning Board of Appeals, since 1995.

A Michigan State University graduate, he majored in accounting and earned his Certified Public Accounting designation while employed at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. In 1989, he founded and is currently President of SRK Realty Company, Inc. and SRK Management Company, Inc. which specializes in the ownership, management, brokerage and development of commercial properties throughout Michigan.

He has demonstrated long-term active leadership roles in a number of community organizations, including Bloomfield Township-based Fresh Air Society/Tamarack Camps, and The Jewish Federation and Foundation of Metropolitan Detroit. He is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers, The Hundred Club of Detroit, and The Michigan State University President's Club.

He and his wife, Fern, are the proud parents of a daughter and son in law, a son and a Bloomfield-licensed canine, Lucille.
